The Service stores small amounts of data in your browser (local storage) to keep you signed in and remember plans on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Cover photos and participant photos you upload are stored and may be displayed publicly as part of the plan and its link preview. Only upload images you have the right to use, and don’t upload photos of other people without their permission.

We keep plan and account data for as long as your account or plan is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account or a plan (see Your choices and rights).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@wutday.co. Providing a reminder email or phone number is always optional.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to locations that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
